Return & Exchange Policy

• Prices stated in this website are fixed.
• We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 3 days after the receipt of the product whether shipped or delivered locally.
• Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs.
• Please contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on the package. Or no refund will be issued.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
• Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Alteration not available on the merchandise sold on this website.
• Made to Wear & Special orders and items by order, 50% payable in advance non-refundable.

• In case of alteration, items will be received after 3 business days.
• Any worn or altered items will not be entitled for exchange or refund.

• We do not accept any request for exchange & return once the “SALE” items are sold.
• We do not accept any request for exchange & return once the “Made to Wear or Special Order” are sold.

• Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.
• You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please Contact Us on WhatsApp (+97339399909), if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie that gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Any information HARMONY COUTURE collect is to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and deliver a personalized and hassle-free shopping experience. However, we must cooperate fully, should a situation arise, where we are required by law or statutory obligation or legal process to provide information about a customer.

SHIPPING

We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations in the world. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package. All our products ship from BAHRAIN to the destination of your choice in the GCC and Worldwide. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

There is a different processing time for different items. However; we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP after you place an order on our website.

NOTE: Delays in delivery may arise due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

You don’t need to worry about your order. It would usually arrive on time unless there are unpredictable factors (bad weather etc.) that cause a delay. We do appreciate your understanding in this matter. Note for taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

DELIVERY WITHIN BAHRAIN

We deliver to your Doorstep, orders will be charged a flat rate of 2.5 BHD.

Orders are processed Saturday through Thursday. We attempt to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days. Orders received on a non-working day will be delivered the next working day. Special orders delivery will be discussed and arranged with clients upon order confirmation. 

CUSTOMS

Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. HARMONY COUTURE is not liable for additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

At the moment of purchase, you are entering into an agreement with HARMONY COUTURE.

You acknowledge and agree that any purchases of products made through the Site are covered by our Delivery and Returns and Exchanges terms and conditions and clause 10 below.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection therewith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
